Hey mates, got some more up our sleeve today that might go nicely with the recent gift card offer we ran with Amazon earlier this week, we've got some Bonus Cashback in store with Amazon Australia today. Westpac Lounge Bonus Details

Bonus Rate: 10% Bonus Cashback via the Westpac Lounge (Only applicable to categories with currently available Cashback)
Date/Time: 28th December 12:00am AEDT to 11:59pm AEDT
Cashback Cap: $20 Cap

Bonus Amount: $5 Bonus Cashback
Minimum Spend: $50 Spend at Amazon Australia (All categories)
Date/Time: 28th December 12:00am AEDT to 11:59pm AEDT
Opt-In Cap: 10 000 Opt-ins


HOW TO: Access the Westpac Lounge:

  • Go to the Westpac Lounge banner in the ShopBack app or web browser
  • Link your eligible Westpac debit or credit card to your ShopBack account, which will give you access to exclusive bonus Cashback offers.
  • Shop using the same linked Westpac card and earn that sweet Cashback

  1. Our Challenges can take up to 2 days to update on our system. It typically updates once our system re-syncs at 9am AEDT/AEST.

  2. The Bonus will be credited to your account once your order moves from 'Pending' to 'Approved'.
    This means that the Bonus will not be visible under your 'Lifetime Earnings' until the order moves to 'Approved'.

  • Only purchases made after you 'Start' this challenge will qualify for the bonus cashback.
  • Available while redemptions last.
  • The $5 bonus Cashback is in addition to the regular cashback you receive for shopping at Amazon Australia through ShopBack.
  • The $5 bonus will be added to your account once your regular Cashback turns Confirmed.

      • Hey mates, I'm not 100% sure of this one, our team have said it should work and track accordingly shortly after being charged, however do reach out when the time comes if you do have trouble and I'll for sure look into it and sort you out.

        • Hi GYB, I had similar issue here. I placed an order at 8.47pm on the 28th but Amazon did not processed my payment till the 29th. Nothing has tracked so far (the $5 bonus + 10% Westpac bonus +regular 1.4% cashback + 2% westpac bonus). I paid by a combination of giftcards and Westpac card.Please fellow up for me. I have DM you.   • My purchase tracked under AU_SBOC_EVERGREEN_AMAZON_WESTPAC_CLO but showing as $0.00. Why?

          yeh falls under Apparel.

          I believe that code (SBOC_EVERGREEN_AMAZON) refers to the 2% Bonus cashback for Westpac customers. So if you paid using your Westpac card it should've tracked. PM @gotyourback if you believe it's incorrect

  • I placed order at 8.30pm on 28/12. Still has not track. It is a portable hard drive, should fall under "computer/accessories" 1.4% cash back

  • Very messy for me this time. For some reason Amazon charged me twice, but SB's bonus is even less than my regular cashback, nowhere close to 10%. Feels like the accounting system is all over the place.

  • Mine didn't track, and now the investigation has declined it altogether (Note: I've made many other Amazon purchases where it tracked successfully, so not sure what the issue was…)
