Yeah, sometimes its cancelled as stores with no stock mistakenly tag theirs as low stock. I ordered 2, 1 each from Bondi and Chatswood. Here's hoping i get at least 1 of them!

    • Chatswood OW does not have the webcam. I visited there this morning.

      • yeap already had 1 of my orderes cancelled.

Anyone know how long the cable is and if this camera works on a Xbox series X?

    • I will test as soon as I get mine, as this is my plan. 4k Video calling from the couch

Hopefully the mic on it is good enough to sit further back.

    • I just noticed from the pictures, its a USB-C cable that disconnects.

So would be easy to change cable length if needed :D

Just picked up my BRIO 4K - it's a grey USB-C to USB-A cable and it looks about 2m in length.

      • Thanks

  • Price back up to $199 & unavailable onlineā€¦! OOS

I was waiting for price matching from JB :(

      • I did 2x price match with JB in small window when JB were staffed, but price not corrected yet

        • There were 25 people queuing ,lol, I doubt half of them were Ozbargainner

      • The model from JB bought from a price match has the standard packaging on all Logitechs, with black on the box, whereas a few of the youtube reviews of the Brio 4k have the yellow recycled paper packaging. Potentially the latter is the updated model as companies are moving away from coloured packaging. What packaging was on the Officeworks model?

        • +2

          Officeworks model has black packaging

  • My orders in Sydney are ready to collect

  • QLD order collected.

  • This webcam has a beauty filter that you canā€™t disable, looks especially weird for those who has a beard.

    • how does it look with the beard?

  • Ordered last night about 1am got a call this morning to say no stock. There was stock at Noosa in Qld but that was about it

  • All my orders got cancelled. No stock.

    Just picked mine up. Legit.

  • Just collected mine no issues via C&C

  • Just collected mine. Thanks OP!!

  • Ordered Tamworth, ready for C&C first thing this morning. Thanks OP. Hello, Windows Hello.

  • Bought the last one left in stock at Elizabeth Officeworks last night and just made the drive to go pick it up successfully. Now I gotta figure out what I even wanna do with it since I didnā€™t even need a webcam. OzBargain strikes againā€¦

    • +1

Ahhh the curse of buy now and think later. It's a common ailment amongst us seasoned OzB folk.

  • Thanks! Got one. Again, Donā€™t know what I am gonna do with it.

Sell it for a profit, if you won't be using it.

  • Sucessfully picked up the Click and Collect order!

  • I'm getting some bad flickering. Not getting it on other cameras.

Updated to latest firmware, but didn't help.

    Running MacOS 13.1

    • It could be your Lights, check the 50 or 60 Hz and, some cheap LEDs just strobe even on DSLR Cameras

    • I googled it and it seems to be a common issue. What I found was it could be a lack of power supply to the camera (i.e. plugged into a dock), some stated Audio drivers being the issue, others the Logitech G hub and others stated they replaced the cable with a 100W USB-C to USB-C. Another user stated he ended up returning 5 of them before getting one that worked.

I've changed from PAL to NTSC, which NTSC majorly reduced the flicking, but I'm going to have a play tomorrow and if I cannot get it to work, I will order an ANKER 100W USB-C to USB-C, which was what another used purchased to solve the issue. I'll let you know if I figure anything out. I am using Windows 11, but Logitech doesn't support windows 11, so maybe an issue for me. I'll also going to try it in other light and at work as I have brick walls that could be doing it also (especially if there is a beauty filter).

  • Collected thanks OP!

  • Got refunded as no stock. Got the refund late in the day and ordered last night.

  • Anyone else using this webcam on Mac? Seem to be having a lot of issues with delay and lag when connected via my USB hub. Starting to seriously reconsider Logitech products being 'plug-and-play' with Mac after so many issues with reliability.

    • Download the software and check for firmware updates. It may also be a power issue if you are using a hub

  • Delivered today. Legend OP

  • Picked up from North Ryde. Great find OP!
