Mine has tracked now. I paid $95 GC and $4 Westpac. Used a coupon. Got the 15% and 10% Westpac bonus on the whole amount. Actually have a third tracking of 2% Westpac but not sure if that will get removed or not be confirmed later.
I think the 2% is actually a separate (additional) offer in the Westpac offers section of 2% on ebay purchases (also a few other stores too), so it's probably supposed to be there
Nothing has tracked. When I go to SB support it says ebay takes 7 days to track, come back then… Yet some in the comments have gotten tracking confirmation already.
Mine took 10 hours to come through. Perhaps wait for a few more hours.

Mine is just one for the 10% and extra 2% because that was also going at the time when paid with Westpac card.

I paid full amount with westpac, didn't risk using partial GC.

I have used partial gift card, almost 80% in gift card and remaining 20% using Westpac. Both tracked same as yours $20 + $20 + $4.7. I think the last one might not be honourned? Gotyourback confirmed in the earliest thread that partial payment with Westpac would track as eBay transaction amount. But not sure about future orders.

I have some order tracked and the cashback amount are all mess! How does 15% calculated? doesn't it apply to the amount before code or after code? but neither way to calculate my cashback is not match.
Just a heads up with eBay and paying directly via card (the first time I have done this).
eBay has charged my Westpac card twice causing my Amazon payment to fail.
I can see the same order number for the two eBay pending transactions (one day apart). WTF, indeed.
Maybe one of them will drop off but this wouldn't have happened with Paypal.
Seeing this too, debit card. First charged individually (2 items so 2 debits), day later charged again but combined (e.g. if item1 was $5 and item2 was $6, it was $11). Something is definitely wrong…. says "full description available next business day" (though it has the ebay order details there) so giving them a business day to credit it back, otherwise will need to chase.

I called up this morning.
I think eBay needs to train their CS staff members better.
CS agent was adamant that this was normal, and rather than admit a faulty eCommerce/Payment system they advised that I should pay one seller per transaction.
I now note that the two separate charges for the individual items have settled. The total amount charge (for the same order) from 3AM is still pending.
As an aside, I note there is no timestamp on transactions when viewing via the Westpac iOS app.
Also, they reshuffle transactions like HSBC which is rather annoying.
I'd give it a day or so to settle, then go from there. Westpac should be able to advise merchant to confirm if eBay. But someone definitely made a mistake somewhere. I've not ruled out SB accidentally charging, if they have that authority (I see a credit for $0.00 attributable to them today too). Will wait & see. My orders weren't cancelled so no issues there.
@Gav: An update on this, I used the app today (was the website yesterday) and the second "charge" is showing up as pending, so I'm expecting it to eventually disappear… as authorisations can. Still, should never have been there in the first place.
@Gav: For some reason, when I used this promo yesterday, eBay charged me for the last orders which were already processed. Its now showing in pending state. Not sure what is going on with these promo's. I advise everyone to check their transactions.

Does anyone know the formula SB and Westpac used to calculate the cashback? ie is the cashback calculated before or after a discount code, and inc or excl GST?
Great question. I was about to ask this aswell. As i done a few purchases for myself and partner and i got that many cashback amounts but don't know how to allocate them to the purchases
One purchase was for $99.99
I got 14.90 ebay cashback 15%
9.93 westpac 10%
1.99 westpac 2%
17c less than I worked out.
Which was 0.69% but even removing that from the price on another item the cashback was still wrong?
Also Did the westpac 2% still work ontop of the 10%?

Bought an Apple Pencil 2. $199 price. Used $100 gift card from the $12 bonus Westpac lounge offer and used $20 of $150 code. Paid rest with Westpac card. If it track I should get $40 cash back bringing the price to $125. If it doesn’t track, easy return.
