Who cares HK market? I don't think they're direct participant of US market. Most importantly, people use Futu to trade usually because they can't read english. Interactive brokers is far better

Where do I see if the $50 has been added to my account, or the $10 bonus for making deposit above $100? If I go to Trade tab it just says Total Assets are $100. Are the bonuses located somewhere else, and do they get applied immediately?

Contacted their chat and it took 10minutes for this dumb agent to realise that I was not referring to deposit cash bonus.
$50 cash bonus was blocked because they deducted I used another device to login though I never used any other device( I only used different browsers because email verification automatically went to Edge instead of Chrome during sign up process). The agent wanted me to install App on another mobile and then send them screenshot of new mobile along with 'Me' page of the account page.
Absolutely horrendous experience. Stay away from this mob!!

The same thing happened to me, but I got the referral bonus after sending the screenshot. You should try it.

Just jumped on live chat and they are saying multiple accounts logged in to the same device. This is the only moomoo account I have or have ever had. Looks like they just trying to get out of paying people.

Some of the referral codes come up with the name when you click on the link. It depends if the user has gone into heir profile and updated their name there (otherwise it might just show generic ID number). I also logged into the web interface on desktop PC and was clicking around a few pages and on the top left it showed referrer name.
Got full 100 now. Only got 50 at first and then others suggested, live chat them to get the other 50.
