Thats 100% true. My mate is still waiting for his. It was mentioned in the order that its back ordered so he expected this. But at 2600 it might be worth it for some.

Great TV, got it for $2600 for BF ..picture is clear as .. the only annoying thing is the rainbow effect it gets from the lights at night time. Other then that the tv is 👌.
That reflection is why I cancelled my qn90b! Otherwise it’s a crackin tv

I've been following up with a refund since August, painful lesson when it comes to ordering from Samsung =/
I feel you! A charge back might be a better option if paid via credit card.
I would also suggest sending a private message to Samsung's Facebook page. I contacted them via this method last week and I just received a call saying my TV is finally getting delivered tomorrow.
