  • yummy.

  • how good is LG LED compared to Hisense / Sony / Panasonic / Aldi / etc.?
Any suggestion where I can read on this?
    thanks in advance.

    • +1

I have the lg 75 um6900 and rate it highly, PQ is great and works good in a brigr room

  • How is this compared to Nano75?
    https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/lg-nano75-75-4k-ultra-hd-…

Same price, same brand, same resolution, same size, same gen AI processor…

    • I want to know this as well.

    • +1

You had me wondering as well, good pickup. Here is a comparison and only slight differences.
      https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/compare/lg-nano75-2022-vs-lg…
      Updated link for the nano2022.

      • Does that mean UQ9000 is better TV?

        • Based on that website the uq90 is better, it just lags a bit in response time compared to the nano75. They both look exactly the same, I’ll be placing an order in a minute🥳

          • @Zeeeeee: The 86” at $2471 is very tempting… damn

            • @thomalfa: @thomalfa depends on how much space you have to play with and that extra 15kgs for an extra 20cm might make it interesting if you ever want to move it on your own.

              • @Zeeeeee: Plus ultimate gift card tomorrow 10% off… buy first then think abt 15kg extra weight later.

How many gift card jb allow to use?

                • @thomalfa: @thomalfa this sale ends tonight from the email they sent. You’ll have to pick one, 10% or $500 lol

    • Nano75 86” just under $2.4k

  • How does this one compare to a TCL C735/835?
I'm currently looking for a TV around 1500 for the living room to play with my Series S.

    • +1

Would have liked to know this too. Getting sick on waiting for my c835.

  • know nothing about TV but geniun question, is it worthwhile getting an OLED or this one will do the job in a bright living room? Only watch netflix and tv mainly, no gaming.

    • OLED not so good for bright room and 77" OLED triple the price.

      • I had exactly the same thoughts about the brightness, but my buddy convinced me that it is just something that lowly peasants say as they don't have OLEDs themselves. To prove him wrong, I spent my wifes life savings and bought a 77" LG OLED CS which sits infront of a huge glass door/window with the sun directly behind it and the brightness is well good enough to see the picture without needing to even close the blinds. The panel is rather glossy though so you do end up seeing your own reflection.

And the 77" LG CS could be got for 4k - 4.14k right now if you ask the right salesman.

        • 77" LG OLED CS which sits infront of a huge glass door/window with the sun directly behind it and the brightness is well good enough to see the picture

I think behind it is fine not direct on it.

          • @superforever: Sorry bad grammar. In the sentence "77" LG OLED CS which sits infront of a huge glass door/window with the sun directly behind it (it referring to the glass door/window, meaning the sun is directly infront of the TV)"

  • Considering this in 55inch or
    Tcl c727
    Or Samsung Q60B
    Decisions Decisions

  • Bought this on boxing day sale from Harvey for$1430 plus 10% in store credit =$1287
