These dry up very quickly due to no cap and the refills will cost more than the cost of this pen.

    Lame tips

  • I bought a Lamy Tipo and found the clip and the grip area are made out of a black plastic that feels cheap. It’s a shame, I like the refills (I live in the tropics and they do get a bit clumpy, but that’s the case for all non-gel pens pretty much) but the Tipo body is a let down.

  • Just bough a Lamy Safari with an EF nib for 22 since I've never tried Lamy EF nibs.

If you’re interested in these Lamy pen, I would order via the Peter’s of Kensington eBay store as you’ll be able to stack an additional 2.5% from SB gift cards and you’ll also get free shipping if you’re an eBay plus member

I’ve been using these for years, they’re brilliant. The barrel threading has eventually come loose on a few but nothing a bit of plumbers tape can’t fix
Refill with Parker G2 which roll well and are a bunch cheaper

    • Nice tipo!
