  • Looks awesome, anyone else played it and can recommend?

I loved Shredder's Revenge, Streets of Rage and have yet to play Scott Pilgrim vs the World.

    • It's decent, worth it for this price.

As long as you enjoy it!
I reckon there will be plenty of sales between now and Christmas so worth holding out for the really good games!

  • Of all the genres of games I've played, the two I find myself always crying with frustration playing are side-scrolling beat-em-ups and JRPGs.

    Other than that, looks good!

    • 🥋 The secret technique with all these side-scrolling beat em ups is to not be on the same horizontal plane as your attacker & not collecting food items until you actually need the refill.

      • Oh yeah I don't think I'm bad at them, I just find them frustrating to play with the slow scrolling between waves of enemies

  • I bought this and would not recommend. Felt too slow compared to other beat-em-ups.

Would recommend (even though more expensive) either Capcom Beat-em-up; Fight n Rage; Streets of Rage 4 with DLC and Scott Pilgrim. I enjoyed TMNT Shredder's Revenge but would not buy at full price since it just doesn't have long term playability or unlockables.

    • 🐢 It does have one unlockable. You have to complete the game to unlock Casey Jones.
