Lovely max cushion shoe. Lots of cush, little bit of rocker. Wide sole gives a stable ride. Perfect for recovery and easy long runs. Love mine.

New version v4 is on new balance website for $250 and has only just been released so unlikely to be discounted any time soon.

Nike Invincible 2 and Saucony Triumph 19 have both been discounted lately too and are worthy alternatives.

    too late, it's gone

  • Thanks OP, went for the standard at $150.

The standard width wasn't on "final sale" so returns are allowed in case of poor fit.

  • These are a good alternative as it akso has fresh foam x cushioning

    • Support shoes are bit stiffer than their neutral counterparts (the 1080) but pretty good price if you have feet with that width as NB already runs a bit wider than brands like Nike.

    • OOS already.

Are these as comfortable as ultraboosts?

  • Order got refunded

  • Mine arrived today. Very comfy, but not a huge fan of the orange. Tempted to try and remove it, but not sure what would work.

  • Wish I bought a 9 or 9.5 instead of the 10 which are just a bit too big
