    Yeah I think it's the third version of "cow themed" restaurant at that spot in as many years. I assume it's the third owner too. I wish them more luck than the last two! Personally, I miss Bao & Pot that used to be there years ago.

      I actually liked the food at The Cowbuy Burgers, but the vibe was never appealing for me. From what I saw last time, these new owners are making this into a 'cafe + grill"

      Can confirm it is new owners, we went last night. Burgers were great but also really good prawn pasta and chicken parma, the parma used Istra ham and was all thiccc chicken, not just crumb. They are talking about doing a breakfast menu and having a courtyard out the back so it will be nice to have a fresh new take on that location, it's been a funny spot for the last few years. If you miss the lovely team and food from Bao & Pot you can find them at Cafe 747 in Tullamarine with much of the same Vietnamese cuisine from the previous menu :)
