ShopBack Tracking Broken in Last Few Days?

I recently made a few purchases over the weekend.
First order on Saturday tracked properly through with Petstock for delivery at 20% cashback during the weekend.
Placed a second order on Sunday as Petstock cashback was still at 10% but the item I wanted was back in stock. Placed an order for pickup and picked up. It failed to track (shows up in click history though).
Yesterday placed another order as I had some Petstock rewards that would expire. Failed to track again.

All 3 orders were done via the same method (incognito mode with no extensions).

    duh… everyone know this whole cashback is kind of gambling sometimes you win, sometimes not. just chil.

    • Not blaming anyone. Just wondering if it's not working for others after X date. Maybe the Black Friday sale/Cyber weekend put too much stress on the shopback servers and it just died.

      I guess just crowd sourcing to see if others have experienced it and if so can prompt Shopback to recognise maybe something has gone wrong on their side.

    Hey mate, sorry to hear you've had trouble! I actually placed my own PetStock order over the weekend and had it tracked, so it can't have been a blanket issue, I'm happy to take a look at the specifics here if you send me a DM.

      Mate I have PM’d about my cashback that is pending from last 6 months and have zero support from your team apart from a monthly email saying the same thing over and over again.

      Hope you can look into this matter.

    • I've sent a report missing cashback for the 10% cashback. CBF with the 3.5% was a small amount but am trying to resolve the issue incase there's another flash cashback next time.

  • I recall I started using a new antivirus software which blocked tracking. That or a broswer update may be the issue.

    • Thanks. I wonder if lack of browser updates can be a contributing factor (Just updated it this morning).
      Never used AV software or firewalls except the windows one.

  • I've had an issue too, but with Nike. Transaction was done through Shopbacks app, so no excuse of using ad lockers etc

  • Having the same issue with doordash. Normally tracks within an hour but all my orders this week just say 'clicked'.

    • I thought cashback for doordash was only for new accounts on weekdays and 0 for existing.
