  Got the generic Mastercard offer from Uber 6 months ago and signed up using my CBA Ultimate Awards MC, was about to expire on December 3rd

  Still got the offer in CommBank App. It extended the existing membership for another 6 months to June 3rd, didn't have to cancel and rejoin
