According to Amazon, this will arrive BEFORE Christmas from the USA. ETA is 20Dec22.

    It has been in my cart for $92.99 for some time. I got the alert this afternoon that the price had changed (presumably off the back of the US-sourced Lightning Deal).

  I can only find the US import. If you Google search the book it shows Australia Amazon $75 but when you click on it the US import page comes up. Also tried searching Amazon.au and US only results.
