Not only are Popcultcha slow as all hell when shipping (weeks!) but there is a moderate chance any pop vinyls ordered from them will be damaged too.
Oh and their customer service is non-existent. Half of their Facebook posts are usually followed up by people asking on a status update for their order/enquiry.
On top of what's been said above, some Pop are actually cheaper on Amazon right now even with the 25% off at Popcultcha. E.g., Pokémon, Star Wars.
Yes that is true, but there are many exclusive Pops you can only get on Popcultcha.
Ive given them thousands of dollars and never had anything show up damaged. Always really well packed and pretty quick delivery for me so far. At the worst i would buy stuff on a sunday and it would only get sent to be packed by the warehouse on a wednesday or something like that, which seems a bit slow… but my latest order was at the start of this 25% off promo and still hasent even been sent to be packed yet, pretty annoying.
I got off the phone with them this morning following-up up on an order that all items were in stock and was placed 10 days ago, they said it will ship in 3 "WEEKS", I was like how come since the items were all in stock, they guy said they had over 8000 pending orders to go out and there was a big delay. I'm not sure what to believe or not, but if you don't mind waiting patiently, go ahead….
They ship internationally and apparently, theyre also a very popular store for anyone not in US/Europe/Australia.

I ordered off them two weeks ago, my order is only being picked and packed as of today. Would avoid if you want anything by Christmas
Dam i forgot to complete my order with 25% off. Now ill have to wait till next sale.
These guys are mega slow with their shipping, orders that are in stock locally in AU take 3+ weeks to ship….
