  Dwi= please do a search before posting "bargains" from these con artists, especially for phone sales.

  You're much better off paying an extra $20 for somewhere else with real warranty and who will honour your transaction.

    You'll probably find quite a few unhappy people who have used dwi in the past. Personally, would never buy from them.

        You know what's bizarre…I have several friends that have bought DSLRs off DWI & raved about the service, yet I've not heard a single good thing about their phone division???

        I have a serious WTF going on here…how could the camera guys get it so right but the phone guys go so far wrong? :o

    Definitely, i should have read their warranty T&C's before buying a SGN from them. It recently bricked on me and i've sent it back, looks like ill be paying for repairs on it.

    Their warranty states that, they need to be able to reproduce the fault before it is deemed a manufacturer error. So tough tits if they can't figure out what happens.

  i bought from them once and they sent me a galaxy note that was locked and the sealed was broken. i will never buy from them again.

  This is not a bad deal at all. But don't forget either 2% or 3% surcharge which still puts it behind shoppingsquare as the best price unless you pay by direct deposit which I would never do.

  I can't recommend DWI. My $2000 camera lens got lost … after 4 days of trying to contact them the finally replied to one of my emails with a one liner that they now investigate with FEDEX. I upgraded to their priority shipping which now turns out does not include insurance. Lets see what their customer service is up to …

    you would have better luck claiming insurance on your credit card instead.
    some vendors (not saying dwi) play the delay game, and make you lose any recourse.

      I tend to agree with slowmo, perhaps even mention the term 'chargeback' in your communications with DWI for good measure! ;)

      Yep … good idea. But looks like I tried to save too much (as they have a surcharge on CC and Paypal … and paid direct deposit. (I always used their shipping upgrade voucher and thought there must some basic insurance for a lost parcel in there… looks like there is nothing). So not working. The parcel was tracked up to the Derrimut facility in Victoria … so it got lost here!!! Fedex just gave me a call that they can't find it anymore … thats's it.
