Yeah sorry f'd up - I'm an idiot - got over keen/didn't read it properly - was searching for Kobo Libra 2 and this came up, didn't realise it was the wrong one - I even got JB HiFi to price match their Kobo Libra 2 (which they did, so they didn't read the link I gave them properly either!)

      • Oh, that was very lucky of you! Congrats, I'm having my libra 2 delivered next week. Sadly it's the white one, but I guess I'll just buy a black cover to make up for it

    • cheaper elsewhere as above

  • Any deals on the Libra 2?

  • Never used a Kobo. But I'm looking to upgrade an old kindle 4th gen back when they had buttons. How does Kobo readers compare to Paperwhites with the buttons on these? Can you hold the Kobo flipped around in either left or right hand so the buttons can be used one handed whichever hand you use? Or only works right handed holding ?

Does Kobo in Australia work directly with libraries for borrowing , how about Kobo audio books? I know kindle don't work with audio books in aus? Kindles can't load directly from a library here right?

Presume Kobo's work like kindles where you can direct load via calibre your ebooks ? Audiobooks?

    • I can't answer the button questions, but I know that the library app used in Australia works on the kobo. Just sold a kindle we got for out daughter because it couldn't be used with the cloudlibrary app. Now getting a Kobo instead. The H20 doesn't have bluetooth, so while it might support audiobooks, it doesn't support wireless headphones.
