  Thanks OP, grabbed cookies and bars. These Quest bars are much better than other bars promoting themselves as Keto friendly but really having hidden sugars (im looking at you Atkins!)

    They have an overbearingly strong artificial sweetener taste that I can't stand.

    I much prefer the Musashi and Muscle Nation bars taste-wise.

  Should try the noshu low carb bars they are nicer. No malitol as well.
