This powerbank should be enough to charge a lot of different laptops or Chromebooks made recently. I got one for kids school laptop since the school won't let them charge.

S22 Ultra offers 45W charging (AFAIK is the fastest charging Samsung phone), this can charge at 50W so probably. That said I have a 65W charging phone that some similarly rated chargers do not charge at full speed.

Which one is that? I've got a Z Fold 3 which can do 25W PPS but it seems really difficult to find this spec in a power brick?

do not prefer this brand specifically this 20000 mAH I bought from the same store on eBay and after trying few days I found the capacity is not at all close, as I have xiaomi powerbank of same capacity. When I tried to return it says buyer pays and shows Hong Kong address. Apparently I could not send and has to involve eBay and they refunded after see the chats with vendor and I no wonder see 94% feedback for this seller.
