      Fair call.

      I use waeco / dometic (still running a waeco CF bought in 2016 and have added another CFX dometic so we’ve got more space). I’ve been impressed with the dometic 3yr warranty.

      Looks like mycoolman is also backing its product with a three year warranty and five years on the compressor. Sounds like a quality product.

      You could probably hit up the customer service chat/e-mail/phone line here and explain what happened. They are pretty good there and super helpful.

      Alternatively, hit up your local BCF and explain the situation. They can look up the sales history on your Club card and it'll show there was no $20 coupon used - I'd ask if it's possible to return it, then repurchase it in the same go and get $20 refunded.

  Anaconda sell the myCoolman brand and battery pack is available with that brand
