Main difference between this and the L10 pro I posted earlier is the additional obstacle avoidance in the L10 pro. Few smaller differences including older firmware for the D9 max (according to support, this should be eventually updated) and inferior hardware which you probably won't notice.

How is the vacuum cleaner in general? Can it clean high pile carpet? We have 2 kids, no pets and really wanting a robot vacuum that will really help. Cannot afford $1000+ vacuums :(

For anyone wondering, I bought one on Tuesday last week (no offer at $399) and it arrived on Friday. I have since bought another two at $300 offer and were both accepted and received tracking. I have the option to return the first one if I wanted to, but I'm likely to keep it.

Seems like there's no inconsistencies at all at the accepted offer. They must be desperate to make the sales on this, hopefully the vacuum is good.

As a buyer you don't get any bad feedback anymore so I wouldn't really worry.

Received mine as well. Brand new and just did the first mapping and clean. All seems good so far.
For me, the tracking number I received didn't show up in AusPost until the day it was onboard for delivery. Not sure if that's happening to anyone else, but I thought I'd point that out.
Mine hasn't moved since Thursday, still on it's way.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have the Mi Home app show the battery percentage of the Dreame robot?
I'm 'upgrading' from a Roborock S50 which used the same app.
The old roobot used to show the battery percentage which I found very useful
Not until Dreame upgrade the firmware of it. It's a feature of the newer firmware in other Dreame models including the D9 non-max (also adds customised room options, deep cleaning mopping mode etc.)
Finally picked up, got for my brother in law. He's given it a whirl and he's very happy!
Hi all. Love my dreame d9 max. Does a great job with vacuuming the carpets and hard floor. Haven't tried the mop. Is there an auto empty station that is compatible with this model? I've had a look online but cannot find anything.
