I've only had a few shots of Sullivans Cove for Aussie Whisky before, don't know how this compares but for $50ish I don't mind finding out!

Got gifted a bottle of this the other week. A nice drop. Either neat or with some ice. Also as a high all.
This is a really versatile whisky, and pretty accessible for newcomers, also. If you like your G&Ts, try it with some tonic. It's pretty nice!
Any other suggestions of what this would be a good mixer with? I'm not really a G&T drinker but since people seem to rate this whiskey, I'm wondering if there are good alternatives to mix it with?
I usually have it on ice or with tonic and don't have too much experience with other mixers, sorry. Starward has some Two-Fold cocktails on their site though which would probably be the best place to start

Yeah I've tried it on some of these deals maybe not this version exactly (Red Manhattan I think) and the Starward stuff is pretty bog ordinary imo

This is ok. Good value. Good for anyone not fussed about whisky tasting notes or any beginner.
Good sweetness from the wine barrels used plus interesting enough spice from the grain combo.
Cannot compare to Sullivan's.
