Tattarang Springs Gin & Cello 700mL $44.99 Delivered (Was $59.99) @ Tattarang Springs

50
lemons

Tattarang Springs began with the making of Limoncello, inspired by the Head Distiller’s European heritage & using the bush lemons grown on the farm.

Hand peeled lemon zest is steeped in gin, giving loads of citrus, hints of juniper and is naturally sweetened using raw red gum honey made in hives on the farm.

Absolutely delicious in a refreshing sweeter style Limoncello Spritz, served over ice or mixed with soda. Small batch "bush lemon infused" Limoncello at 30%ABV .

Orders will be packed & sent via Australia Post

    • Hi there … the Gin & Cello is 30%ABV .. you may be thinking of the Limoncello which is 24% ABV 👍🏼

  • not a massive gin drinker but have had this and its good, friend who loves it gave to me to try.

    • I'm glad you liked the Gin & Cello .. we like to make a variety of different drinks to suit different tastes. We have amazing bush lemons on the farm .. and when life gives you lemons .. make Gin & Cello right?

  • Would this be something that a real Gin lover would appreciate?

Genuine question, looking at this as a gift but wouldn't want to offend someone.

      • Thanks for that, I think I'll actually print out what you have said and include that info with the gift!

If not already on the website you should probably add it all 😁

    • I'm sure a real Gin lover would appreciate the work that goes into this one .. Tattarang Springs is one of only about 5% of distilleries world wide that distills its spirits from scratch .. rather than buying alcohol from corporate agribusinesses, then just flavouring it. Tattarang Springs uses a select wheat strain from the Western Australia wheat belt, and then distills the gin in a true grain to glass philosophy. Bush lemons are hand picked on the farm, by the distillers sister in law, then hand peeled and then the gin is steeped with the lemon peel. There are at least 5x lemons in each bottle. Hives on the farm, produce raw red gum honey .. the marri or red gum flowers are in abundance in the distillery's surrounding bushland .. and the honey is used to naturally sweeten this gin. I'm sure a gin lover would appreciate all the work that goes into each bottle and would not be offended by your gift! … Feel free to gift me one too .. I wont be offended! 😄
