Description

Create healthier versions of all your family’s favourite fried foods. From fresh or frozen, from air fryer to rotisserie – the Instant Vortex Plus 10-Litre 7-in-1 Air Fryer Oven crisps to perfection with little or no oil. Experience a world of flavour with the touch of a button. Use the pre-set Smart Programs to easily roast, grill, bake, reheat, air fry, dehydrate or cook on a rotisserie. Make juicy chicken wings and crispy fries, onion rings and other vegetables a big hit. Bake fluffy cinnamon rolls. Roast chicken parmesan, stuffed peppers and garlic potatoes. Grill a perfectly flaky salmon fillet. Reheat leftovers in a jiffy. You can even dehydrate your own jerky, fruit strips and kale chips. Air frying replaces hot oil with super-heated circulating air to produce the same crunchy browned taste and texture that makes deep fried food so good. It still traps juicy moisture inside the crispy coating, but it does so without all the things that make people avoid deep frying: it’s quicker, cleaner, healthier, and a whole lot easier. Simple touch controls are easy to use. And the Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven remembers your settings, so your favourites can be made with the touch of a button. Combine space efficiency on your countertop with versatility and say goodbye to your microwave, pizza oven, convection oven, dehydrator and toaster. Anything they can do the Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven can do better.

    Any recommendations?

Reviews say the touch panel is annoyingly unresponsive at times and quite noisy. Can anyone here verify this?

I'm looking at this one or the Philips XL Air fryer. Not sure which is better?

Ah, both are true. Sometimes the buttons are a bit hard to register and yeah it is pretty noisy.
However, I have mine in the laundry due to bench space so the noise isn’t an issue. The buttons work fine, just the light on button sometimes takes a few presses.
The unit is amazing though and I use it almost every day. The rotisserie for chips is waaaaaaay better than other air fried chips I’ve had.
