These terms and conditions apply to the offer (“Offer”) whereby customers who purchase a Meta Quest 2 128GB Headset [B08V51TP2C] shipped and sold by Amazon AU on Amazon.com.au (“Qualifying Items”) from 00:01AM (AEDT) on 21 November 2022 to 11:59PM (AEDT) on 28 November 2022 or while stocks last (“Promotional Period”), will receive $150 promotional credit. The promotional credit of $150 will be applied to the customer’s Amazon.com.au account that was used to purchase the Qualifying Item after the customer’s order is shipped. An email notification will be sent to the primary email address associated with the Amazon.com.au account used to purchase the Qualifying Item after the Qualifying Item is shipped to confirm that the promotional credit has been applied to the relevant account. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If you cancel or return the Qualifying Item, this Offer will cease to apply and the promotional credit will be invalidated. If you return a Qualifying Item, Amazon reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order and without further notice) for the promotional credit you received as part of the Offer. The promotional credit will expire at 11:59PM (AEDT) on 31 March 2023. This promotional credit entitles customers to $150 off their future purchases of Eligible Items shipped and sold by Amazon AU. When used in these terms and conditions, 1)“Eligible Items” refers to any items that are shipped and sold by Amazon AU and excludes “Excluded Items”; and 2) “Excluded Items” refers to any product on Amazon.com.au sold by third party sellers (even if fulfilled by Amazon AU or sold by Amazon US or Amazon UK), digital purchases such as e-books, subscriptions such as Prime Video and Audible, gift cards and postage or delivery rates. This Offer is limited to one promotional credit per customer and Amazon.com.au account. If Amazon considers a customer to be operating multiple accounts, those accounts will, for the purposes of this offer, be treated as one customer. The maximum benefit a customer may receive from this offer is $150. This Offer and promotional credit cannot be used on existing orders. Amazon AU's standard delivery rates and policies apply to any purchase made pursuant to this Offer. This Offer is subject to availability. The promotional credit is non-transferable and may not be resold, redeemed for cash or applied toward the purchase of any gift cards sold at Amazon.com.au. If you use Amazon’s 1-Click ordering method, any promotional credit will not apply to your order. If you return any item purchased using the promotional credit, Amazon will only refund the price actually paid for the item (that is, less the value of the promotional credit) and the promotional credit will be invalidated and cannot be refunded or re-used.
