They'd actually deliver this, just not what you'd be hoping for of course.
All the WD deals… 😥
Probably the 2x16GB kit mislabelled - model number is CMH32GX5M2B5600C40K.
Good catch… I probably go to cancel it rather than take extra time to return
Damn probably 32gb. Hopes dashed again

Cheapest CL40 5600MHZ for sure
However for gamers, better to get a DDR4 insteadwhy you say this?
Omg why so cheap
@mrtee labelling error- Actually 2x16gb- check @Quppa's earlier comment
Spotted this just earlier too, but yep, you'll end up only receiving 2x 16GB.
Worth buying and return if it's not 64gb?
So..might be just cancelled?
Worse
Time-consuming returns processes as they will only check when we raise the issues
(and they some times still will not fix the info for future orders of the same listing)
Hopefully enough visibility with the many OzBargainers to improve processes.
Amazon chat agents have confirmed to three ozb’ers, inc me, that it’s for the 2x32 GB. Even after explaining to them that the code is for 2x16.
Whether they actually bothered to investigate and have given he correct reply, have to wait and see.
Doubtful
They would simply be regurgitating the information that was likely erroneously entered priorSome of my support experiences so far:
See empty box
See random lower product bar code stuck to underside of different product
Wait for forced returns
Palmed through many disconnected chat sessions with new people who leave rather than read text.
Have not encountered the partial refund story or credit seen on occasion in a couple threadsAgreed.
I’ve cancelled the order via Amazon UK and ordered from AU store that has an identical listing. At least I now only have to wait until Wednesday to find out.
If it’s the wrong item I’ll be getting my money back. I always do. Although I haven’t had to rumble with the Amazon juggernaut previously. I was under the impression that Amazon returns are pretty easy…
Payment has been taken - unlike the (now cancelled) UK order that was pending since yesterday.
Edit: price from AU store is $378.97 (inc $15 postage), still a bargain IF I receive 2x32.
The AU store would be an error too of course, there was an i-tech deal posted the other day for either the same RAM or something similar that was confirmed as an error.
@MiscOzB: Cancelled it. Bought some properly listed 64GB 6000MT/s CL 32 Trident G.Skill from Amazon US for a smidge under $700 AU instead. Edit: was $630 AUD.

Thats the correct sku for the listing. The sku doesnt exist on the corsair website, I asked the corsair chat about it and seems to be a system error that they have been rectifying, chat also advised me that they had advised some stores to use the listed sku till they updated the system. But who knows if the agent was pulling my leg or not. But I went with it anyways, just waiting on mine to arrive
advised some stores to use the listed sku till they updated the system
Interesting that Corsair would have the published info out of date!
order cancelled
Order this one: https://www.amazon.com.au/CORSAIR-VENGEANCE-2x32GB-PC5-44800…
I ordered the c40 one for $307
Got mine today, just like the reviews it was a 2x16gb pack that came
what are you going to do with the 2x16g?
Spoke to a manager asking for the difference to reorder the new listing. Got given a promo code to cover it
so you returned and got credit to buy a 2 x 32g for the same price? I just got return and refund
@RichardF89: Yea I made sure not to accept the return till they came to the party. As they made a new listing and its $590 so i request that difference so i could buy it
@Thunder-Wombat: feel like losing a million
Ceebs I can't be bothered ordering then getting it cancelled 45 mins later, kills the mood.
