LOGITECH Z623 2.1 Speaker System $139 at DSE

Was just browsing the Dick Smith website and found these speakers priced at $139 which I thought was reasonable for a decent pair of 2.1 speakers.

Checked on staticice.com.au to compare prices and the cheapest I found was listed at $147.

Same price i paid 1.5 years ago from LTS. Very good speakers (200watts RMS THX and powerful bass) but mine only lasts 3 months then sent it back for a new unit.

  They arent very good speakers, they are mediocre speakers. For similar money you can get Swan H2's, Swan H10's (brilliant 2.1 setup) and Edifier S330D's.

similar story: paid $135 june last year at logitechshop.com.au. they worked for like 3 months and then stopped.

having said that, Logitech Support were very quick to concede defective equipment, and said to post it back to place of purchase.

I didn't follow through with replacement because i needed to post from perth to sydney and that would've cost a mint.

  Actually, they covered the postage for both ways for mine :) So ya, you can tell them and ask for the reply paide code.

$139 is the standard price, other than that it's higher inflated RRP.
