  • Used it recently in Japan. Worked very well. Email instructions are clear and app is useful.

  • Can it work with multiple devices? Can my wife and me have this enabled on our phones?

  • How many on here still have this card after the $8 monthly fee was introduced a few months back?

    • Sent an email and got $96 credit

      • What did you say in your email to get the credit?

        • +1

I complained that I couldn’t get the $10 monthly gift card because the OTP for the rewards portal was going to the wrong phone number.

I also asked for $144 knowing that they had given $96 to people. A few examples of people in the whirlpool thread getting either $96, $48 or $24 goodwill credit.

          Send to: [email protected]

    • I've held onto it only cos I've still got shoppers protection…started buying everything on the card and already made a bit back. Enough to keep me from cancelling for now.

    • I cancelled right away

    • I still have mine.

  • Used this in Japan recently. Works really well

  • are you able to transfer the free 3GB to a family member? (my Motorola g82 does not allow for e-Sims and I don't want to pay the US$10 shipping for a physical sim.

    • +1

I imagine so. You can install the eSIM on any device you like.

  • So which Mastercards does this work on?

    • worked with my citi prestige both main and additional card holders

  • +1

Avoid at all cost in short.
Ironically, cannot even load the Flexiroam app using the service (when it was still working).
    Service support is hopeless.
I am typing this message with new eSim from Travelkon which works instantly.

Free 1.2GB of New Zealand data for FlexiRoam Customer

I have 1.2GB of data expiring in 17 days (Thursday 9th January 2025) to share with anyone since I've completed my New Zealand trip. To share it with you I need your account number/customer ID so please PM me to arrange.

Navigate to the Account screen of the person you would like to share Data with & look for the QRcode & ID number at the top of the screen.

I get no benefit from this. This is to pay it forward to the OzBargain community that has helped me in the past.
