Another complaint: Their monitoring service was advertised as free for one camera. The one camera plan option is on a monthly plan that you have to re-subscribe to every month. I bet their paid plan is happy to carry over with the credit card payments. Would not buy again based on this alone.
Are you referring to reolink or do you mean the retailer?
My friend also had issues with some cameras and reolink cs refused to accept exchange/return for full refund (faulty cameras) because my friend accepted a $5 partial refund because the parcels arrived damaged (dented everywhere). So if you accept a $5 refund, if your cameras are faulty, they won't refund you which is BS (I read the emails and it's ridiculous). I guess it also depends on the rep, however they spoke to multiple cs reps
I was referring to Infornt tech, it was Swan brand system, otherwise bought reolink from Amazon, their warranty, customer service etc very good. I got reolink from amazon after these clowns system failed.
I'm referring to reolink. Their one camera free plan only lasts for a month, so you need to re-activate it every month. I would not have bought reolink had I known prior. I feel they were also unclear about their battery models not working with a NAS.
I can recommend Eufy instead - their customer service was excellent when I had issues.
Which eufy cameras do you have/recommend?
I bought some refurb wireless 2k things with home base from their Web site and have been very happy with them. The issue i refer to was caused by me.
How do these compare to the RLC-823A?
Just no flashlight and 2 way audio and a different mount?
Obviously this is like 1/3 of the price.Completely different cameras. 823 has pan and tilt which adds a lot to size and price.

I don't recommend these people, I bought $1500 outdoor poe system in 6mo ths has water damage in 2 of them and they weren't helpful at all with warranty, they simple said pull it apart and let it dry. Very helpful idea I hadn't thought of that!
