Great speakers. I have the Charge 4 and use it at home in place of a stereo when I can't be bothered turning that on. Its also great for taking outdoors. Highly recommend this product. If the Charge 5 is said to be better than the 4, even more so. Downside is there is no cover protecting the cable ports on the 5.

You can't link a 4 and a 5 though. I recently picked up a second 4 and stereo mode through the JBL app really takes the sound to another level.
I've had both this speaker and the UE Megaboom 3 and I found this speaker to be way better. I personally prefer the shape of the Megaboom 3, but the sound quality and battery of the the JBL are a lot better
I got a second JBL charge 5 and tested the stereo mode today it is so good I’m actually impressed. I’ve always thought the only bad thing is they’re mono but once you hook up two of them you have a great stereo system
