Oh coool, I have a similar heater it has been working for about 5 years not a problem ever. Now I know how many watts I use on low. =D
That is one HELLER VA cheap price!
What's the different between fin heater and fan one?
Fins are like radiators. Fans are like hair dryers.
Fins take longer to heat up as they have a bigger mass to hold heat, they stay hot longer too. Fans instantly go hot and instantly go cold when turned off.
fins are generally ok to use and power bills tend to only increase a bit.
fans will consume ur power bill so ur bank is left spinning going 'wtf just happened??'
A kWh is a Kwh.
so if either are on "high", say the 1000w setting, then it going to be costing you about 20-25c an hour to run. (subject to your power provider charges)
Regardless whether its "fins" or fan.
Nice one!!
I think only three of the fins heat though.
