Stainless steel colour is also the same price.

  • For anyone who has used these; is the cap filtered at all? If I brew loose tea inside it, and open it a bit and pour, will the loose tea fall out of the pouring hole?

    • Yes. The cap can be filtered like a screw . I use 1.2l which us the same just different size.

    • No filter on the cap. Its just a small groove that opens up upon slightly twisting (I have 2 of these.)

This thing is a tank! Or maybe a tank shell… Incredible heat retention, especially when you follow instructions to preheat with hot water first, THEN fill it up.

    • I thought people use this for cold drink? Would pre-cooling work?

      • +1

Yes, ive prechilled them and used them as a make shift growler for beer.

        • Do you know if the opening is compatible with growler fillers?
When I took Stanley growler at some brewers, they were unable to fill the gas(CO2?) due to larger opening/unable to seal the opening.
They just poured the beer, which apparently is not ideal, need added gas a well.
