Nowhere near the $182 deal of a couple of years ago, but — oh well — not much else available (it's $249 too at Amazon).

Had a couple of these early on (at about $150 or so) and they go alright but you need to make the leap up a level to get a half decent espresso maker.
So, dual wall filter baskets (good for beginners with pre-ground coffee, less good if you have a grinder and know what you're doing), what looks like a panarello steam wand (good for beginners, but less control if you know what you're doing) and the website can't make up its mind between a thermocoil heater (good) or a thermoblock heater (bad).
Bear in mind the next model up (the Duo-Temp - PID-controlled thermocoil, proper steam wand, both types of filter baskets - basically the next step up in each section) was $255 delivered in June, so if you can wait a bit it might reach that again.
How long? Black Friday?
It also touched $216.75 in Mar'20 at Amazon, but that's such a fluky price (as I now learn Amazon is in the habit of not honouring deep discounts under the pretext of "lost in transit").
Just found it went for $247 at Big W last Black Friday.
So, yeah, one may hope.
Been something like 6 months since the last deal on the dual boiler. Possibly a sign of things to come with this deal?
Looks good except for that stupid noob wand.
