The Nike Air Zoom Terra Kiger is a neutral trail running shoe with a great traction sole.
Suitable for grass sports and trail running… or just a comfortable light weight sturdy shoe for walking.

The shoes feature Nike's React technology a sturdy foam that ensures a responsive running experience. A Zoom Air unit in the forefoot ensures extra cushion.

The outsole is a great grip and you'll enjoy a lot of grip. The heel is specially designed to keep your foot in place. Their is a stone plate at the heel protects the feet from sharp stones encountered. Gripped Tread Multi-directional traction lugs in the heel are made from high-abrasion rubber.

Skins at the toe provide abrasion resistance.
Padded tongue helps relieve pressure caused by foot swelling over long runs.

  Great shoe. I'm a teacher and have just smashed out 30kms of trail hikes on a School Outdoor Ed camp with these which I picked up from the Iconic deal about a month ago.
