Been trying to find a budget Mainboard which has ARGB support (Corrected, Not ARGB just RGB) and 4x Ram Slots

Yes it will, the biggest giveaway would be the letter M with the numbers, for example a b450 is for ATX cases while a b450m is for m-ATX (can still be used on atx towers but the point of matx is to save money)

Just to think, You used to get free shipping on orders over $79 at Centrecom, but they took it way and started a promotion that the shipping is $5 now, acting and promoting it like its a better deal. Centrecom have really gone down hill over the past few years. They are some of the worst for GPU overpricing and there service is terrible. I used to buy alot a gear of them every year until they started ripping people off threw Covid lockdowns. Now seems there greed is only getting worse. If you need a refund on a item too, expect to wait a very long time to get it, if not at all, as they will do anything to try and keep the money. Very Shady company now.

Is this good for a 5600x?
More than enough. You won't get pcie gen 4 on this board (gpu+ssd) but neither are relevant.
One thing you'll need to do is update the bios. I think this motherboard has a bios flashback button so you don't need a previous gen cpu installed to do it.
OP, I don't believe this board supports ARGB, only 12v RGB. Could be wrong.
