          There will always be 1 in a million who is gullible. Also, how does the code benefit customers who already have Disney +?
          Surely it would let them stack. Otherwise if anyone is on monthly they'll cancel and rejoin with code.

    • Foxtel just got Disney app on their new IQ5 boxes so that could be why they are offering it. I was the idiot that signed in on the Disney app on the iQ 5 box so I doubt I will get a code

    Wishful thinking that anyone would give away their code for a whole 12 months free for a premium tier subscription. Make way for all the sad folks/beggers asking for free codes now haha

  • I have a foxtel now subscription (so no iq box) and can confirm I did not receive an email.

    Actually if you don't want your code you should probably auction them off on eBay for a charity.
    But yeah… of course I'd love one if someone can't be bothered and wants to sell one cheap.

      Enter your code - no spaces or hyphens - then click the Redeem Now button. Select the option to sign in with your email address, and follow the steps on screen to sign in to your existing Disney account, or register for a new one.

      If you can use the code on a new Disney account, they don't seem to care.

      • Of course if you can obtain a code it will work for anyone but it will only be sent to customers who have joined Foxel within the allotted timeframe not to other existing users.

  • It doesn't allow you to stack with an existing subscription unfortunately:
    "It looks like you already have a Disney+ subscription. This offer is only valid for new Disney+ subscriptions."

    My subscription expires in April and the code is valid until June so I will try to use it then on my expired account otherwise sign up for a new account.

  • Got this - existing Foxtel subscriber ( for many years) and got the 12 months free - nice nice. Signed up with a new email as had an existing account.

    I received the text offer today and when i click on the link it says "Service unavailable"

    I tried to register an account but it wants payment details. Does anyone know how to get around this and just use the unique code Foxtel?

    Didnt need to do anything too onerous as an existing customer other than buzz the Disney Plus chat. They cancelled my current sub and I could then add in the new 12 month free code.

  • Thank you OP. Even though the promo email was sent in December to my Dad, I was able to claim this deal today.
