Tried this Friday when they had the same cashback. Got a declined payment twice for a $150 transaction. Hours later I’m spammed 6 times from my credit card app notifying me of a successful transaction. $900 later, no items, no refund, no cashback…

100% not. Had two orders caught up in their payment issues myself, their customer service was well aware of it.

Oh the drama!
Just letting people know that this is an issue. Even when you call support their automated response tells you they had payment issues on Friday night which should have been refunded already. Only 2 of the 6 charges were refunded for me.
Apologies for the drama in informing people in case their systems are still experiencing issues.

So have you lost $900 with no chance to get it back? I highly doubt it. You'll get a refund from the retailer, or do a chargeback via your credit card.
@mandelbrot: Yes, but with some payments due which I have setup on the card used, not very convenient. Plus the chase around to get the refund.
Anyways, just a heads up for those who might not have the means to be without said cash on their cards IF the issue persists.
