Another twee indie game that gets a lot of rave, tbh, these games are more about taking a good old heavy-handed plunk at the heart strings rather than having compelling gameplay. Always has me doubting whether they are actually worth it.
Think Spiritfarer, Journey, Night in the Woods, etc etc… But at this price you can take a punt and see if you like it.
