The webpage says

Receive a free Avent Electric Breast Pump when you spend over $250 on Avent products.
Limited time only. While stocks last.

It says the spend should be on Avent products, but I've tested with other items (eg. Philips OneBlade) and the discount seems to apply with anything available on philips.com as long as the total is >$250.
It doesn't work with Philips Hue products because take you to philips-hue.com and they don't share the same cart.
Some items listed on the website are only available at third party retailers and thus can't be added to the cart.

  Not a hospital grade breast pump. Spectra, pumpables or eonian as much better alternatives.
