An Australian plug has insulation on the pins.
Oic didnt know that.
It's a Chinese plug, that's why the earth pin is on the top meaning the cable runs up when plugged into an Australian outlet.
Chinese pins also have slightly different dimensions to Australian pins
Chinese plus also lack insulation on the pins.

To those asking about the plug: it is non-replaceable, uninsulated pins, and therefore non-compliant with AS/NZS 3112:2011.
AU regulations on this one is very clear cut:
Manufacturers, importers, distributors, agents, retailers and hirers are reminded that it is a breach of the Electricity Act 1945 and regulations that plugs without insulated pins are sold or hired or offered for sale or hire.
