I think this might be a very crappy pcie gen 4 nvme ssd but it's only 49.95. Not bad for a cheapy. Postage was around $10 for me.

The review is not too bad, but the 1TB on Amazon is probably a better option, the write will be faster.

I have just installed the 1 TB version in my new build. Should be a nice upgrade from my last SATA SSD.
Paid $125 from MWave I think.
