Basic budget headlamp, advertised online and in targetted club emails as a "coupon"

Pro:

• 100 lumens, 2x white LED mode, 9 hour runtime
• 1x red LED mode, keep your night vision while camping
• 2xAAA batteries, so you don't have to replace 3 at once
• Simple button cycling: on-white, on-red, off. No flashing modes.
• $4.95, was $9.95

Con:

• No hinge, so can be difficult to aim beam downwards

    Keep an eye out for "Sofirn HC05" on aliexpress. It is about $50 but I have bought it for $30 with battery.

    This runs with an AA or 14500 lithium and is an amazing torch. Good quality and very practical, not just as a headlamp. A right-angle torch is actually quite nice to use. I will buy another couple when there is a good deal.
