Delectably unexpected, we’ve taken the unruly flavours of the wild and created a sophisticated dry white vermouth. Our wild vermouth is crafted by infusing citrus’, spices and other botanicals into a beautiful fortified chardonnay.
HOW TO MAKE A VODKA MARTINI:
60ml vodka
1 tbsp dry vermouth
Olive or lemon peel; to garnish
STEP 1 - “Normal” style
Pour the vodka, dry vermouth and a little ice, and stir to mix.
STEP 1 - “James Bond” style - Shaken, not stirred
Pour the vodka, dry vermouth and a little ice into a cocktail mixer; shake for 15 seconds.
STEP 2
Strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve with an olive on a cocktail stick or a twist of lemon peel.
