Seems like a decent deal 31.5" QHD under $300 (without delivery) 165Hz although I read somewhere that you need 2 DP cables to get those frames which loses freesync and if you only use 1 DP you get 144hz only but with free sync

    I dont understand the "2 DP cables" that OP has posted, but the specs say:

    HDMI: 2560 x 1440 @ 144Hz
    DP: 2560 x 1440 @ 165Hz
