It's a great mouse but it's wired. Also with how good Chinese mice are these days you may want to consider them. VXE R1, VXE Mad R, Scyrox V8 on AliExpress among others are generally better specced, cheaper, lighter.

Is it possible to use palm grip with these or are they too small? I'm currently using the Razer Deathadder Elite and usually have 3-5cm of free space before fingertip would reach the edge.

Probably not good for palm, more of a claw grip shape.
Well for gaming (which I do rarely) I use more of mix between palm and claw and have about a cm free on the left finger and 4-7mm on the right. Though if I'm browsing the web or doing most other stuff I use palm because it's more relaxing.
I have small hands (17x9). Would this be too big if i use relaxed claw grip? Should I go for something smaller like OP1 8k.
OP1 8k would probably be a better fit for you. Do note the OP1 8k is pretty much OOS on all AU resellers at the moment.
