Would anyone like to share their experience/s of dealing with Sparesbox?
I have placed 4 or 5 orders through their eBay store and never had an issue with receiving products.
Most recent orders were a radiator that took 6 days to arrive and then oil filters that took 4 days to arrive.
The only issue was the email from Mary
Always go through ebay. Their direct support is non responsive and they dont have a number that you can call to chase up.
I've only ever purchased from sparesbox ebay. The delivery times vary between really quick and a couple of weeks. So if you have an urgent need to get something to service your car or to get it going, you might want to shop elsewhere. Otherwise, just be prepared for a possible wait.

Thanks for the feedback. I too have had these experiences with Sparesbox. First delivery, came on time but poorly packed so had to contact customer service through Facebook as emails take too long to reply from customer service. Secondly, a two week wait and they hadn't packed the goods let alone, sent them. Asked for a refund so I could purchase elsewhere and promptly refunded.
slow and painful. i ordered a headlight resto kit and oil filters from their ebay store. 4 days later they refund the oil filters because they were out of stock. at the bottom of their message, it states:
The listing may currently still be active for this product on the website at the time of this email. It has been flagged to our retail team to have this product updated to reflect the current unavailability of stock.
i checked the oil filter listing 10 days later and it's still showing as in stock. no word on whether the headlight kit is/has/will be shipped either.

Why are there so many different versions, what is the difference between this, the Performance and the Long Life?
Did a bit of searching and closest I could find to an actual article on it is this. So the answer seems to be mostly negligible, probably more marketing these days than any real difference.
Additive packages to meet different manufacturer standards. Check the product bulletin in the Nulon website link and use their lube guide to find which one suits your vehicle.
Damn was in the middle of checking it was the right one and it went Out of Stock, hoping for a restock.
