[Switch] Dicey Dungeons $2.25 (90% off) @ Nintendo eShop

400

Lowest price ever for this popular and well-rated game on Switch at 90% off. (Description copied from previous deal, which was 80% off.)

Note: It"s free on GamePass (Xbox). But $2.25 is cheap enough that I probably would buy it (even if my Ultimate hadn't run out, which it has) just to play on Switch instead!

Number of players: Offline: 1
Download size: 1.116 GB
Metacritic: 88 (7.8 user score)

DESCRIPTION
Become a giant walking dice and battle to the end of an ever-changing dungeon! Can you escape the cruel whims of Lady Luck?

In this new fast-paced deckbuilding roguelike from Terry Cavanagh, Chipzel, and Marlowe Dobbe, you'll fight monsters, find better loot, and level up your heroes as you work together to take down the Goddess of Fortune, Lady Luck herself. Balance your carefully planned strategies against the unknown of a dice roll.

Play as six different characters, each with their own unique play styles and abilities. Master each class and figure out which one best fits your style in this charming world filled with a growing array of twists and secrets.

Can you make it out alive? Maybe, but luck is definitely not on your side.

Great game, especially for that price.

Just to comment that yes, it is on Game Pass and yes you can play on mobile devices on iCloud - if you have a Switch and are fond of rougelike deckbuilders (Monster Train, Slay the Spire, etc.)… don't miss this for $2.25 on the Switch.

Although it doesn't seem at first (I mean, how can rolling dice be strategic when it is so random?) - the mechanics do set it apart from other games.

    I'm double-dipping at this price.

It's a decent game - I'm a big roguelike deckbuilder fan and this mostly scratches that itch. Some of the scenarios are very tough though.
