  Posting this feedback again to let the community know about past issues with this store -

  Bought from them before. Would not recommend and will never buy again. Item received was a bit different size and design than on the website pics (plus a couple more issues like scratches etc.). Remote is all in Chinese (doesn't matter it's Australian standard/approved ;)). Returned the item (paid myself for shipping) and they even charged me a restocking fee and refunded only ~ 82% of total amount I paid (they said this is classified as 'change of mind in their books'). Stay away from them.

    Not bought from them myself but worth pointing out that is only one person's feedback based on one purchase, so not sure if we can say there are "past issues" as if there were several incidents. You likely could and will find at least one similar disgruntled review about almost any retailer, from JB to Amazon.

    Retailers are required to guarantee that the products you get are what is advertised, but we just don't know the exact details here with "a bit different" size and design, and "scratches etc". Obviously if there are notable scratches, then that's not a change of mind return. But we won't know till we get some detail from the unhappy buyer (retailers usually don't get into slanging matches on sites like this).

  Hm. This seems like a pretty decent deal. Do you have any lights that are more colours (like the 16 million colours in a lot of configurations)? All these are at most tri colour.

            @the frost: In the same boat here - definitely don’t need anywhere 30, just a few for around the house. Have switches/hub etc
