Wahl Lithium Pro Hair Clipper Black $89 (RRP $149.95) + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Myer

80

Says one day only offer although I bought this for this price over a week ago.

Very quiet, smooth cut, and lithium battery. Runs on a cord aswell as cordless. My previous cordless model could not run with the cord (ie. the cord was only for recharging). This is a big issue for me because I don't always have these charged up ready to go.

I see cheaper versions which are also 'pro' but I don't think they have the lithium battery.

Costco: $58.99 https://www.costco.com.au/Health-Beauty/Personal-Care/Shavin…

    Thanks for sharing OP
I bought this clipper during lockdown and caution the 6 plastic combs are very brittle, the comb tooth are very easy to snap off

just a little user beware heads up: gotta be careful when you slide the guiding combs a little more careful before snapping the comb teeth off

    • Can confirm, dropped once and broke. Shaver shop have replacements for quite cheap though I can't remember the price

I have had my corded wahl clippers for almost 10 years now, keep oiling them and they are wicked good. Paid for itself several times over!

      Do you rent them out?

        no

You just gotta do the maths on how much a haircut costs lol

          JV can't do maths

    • Corded are way better for thicker hair, cordless imo only should be used for short trims.

I bought 2-3 cordless and my wahl corded (made in america) which was under $50 kills all my cordless ones in terms of better and cleaner cuts.

  • Bought a really expensive wahl cordless a couple of years ago ($200+)

No joke, my $50 philips cordless did a better job AND philips aren't shy about saying water resistant (for shower use).

I paid $90 about 2 years ago for this shaver, it's much more efficient, and also no Phillips shaver has lasted me more than a few years.
