  • I actually just bought the Pulse 3D this morning, purely for use on my PS5, but now I think I'm regretting my decision now looking at these.

Sound quality (not an audiophile by any means) and comfort are the key points for me. I don't play online much but I'll bw giving MW2 a go when it's out so the microphone capabilities were good too though sound and comfort are the main thing for me.

Should I return the Pulse 3D's and look at these instead? JB had the Pulse 3Ds' for $115.

take a look at the reviews.. it always surprises me when the arctis wireless series is posted and no one mentions the reviews, they are very mixed.

  • Had these. Returned them within 3 days as I tried every setting combination possible from YouTube as well and they were noticeably worse than my HyperX Cloud 2s that were much much older. Imo if you want a wireless headset for console for roughly the same amount, Turtle Beach stealth 700. For PC, G Pro X/Cloud 2 wireless. Can't go wrong there.

I’ve enjoyed mine since I got them in 2019. Love the 2 Chanel input balance so you can soften say discord chatter while in game or vice versa. Found a lot more clarity on ‘soft sounds’ like footsteps. Paid a similar price when I got mine and would recommend at this price point.

Yeah tons of mixed reviews around these. Definitely a case of different strokes.

Using these now, wonderful headsets… If I have to replace them I'd get the new USB-C version since the MicroUSB charging is a minor inconvenience now.
One plus point of this headset is the USB dongle has a 3.5mm audio out, which I've connected to a pair of Edifier speakers. So whenever headset is off, the speakers are automatically on by default (vice versa)
