Upon submitting a valid claim form, claimants will be sent an email to confirm that their provisional claim has been received. Once validated, claimants will receive a Digital Prepaid Mastercard® (“Reward”) within 10 business days.

        I submitted my claim on Monday and got the confirmation email and link to claim the GC this morning.

    My partner uploaded digital receipt and all evidence: "We are unable to validate your claim".
    I'll try to return to WW and also report for false promotion: everything is within the T&Cs of the promotion.
    I used to spend at least $20/month on this brand, I'll be looking for alternatives.

      • Woolworths didn't accept return. But I talked with the lady and she was fine for me to exchange (any items, no restriction mentioned).

    So, submitted claim over 10 days, emailed them, and haven't heard anything.
    I'm not sure how this company operates, pure dodgy.

    • I had a typo in my email address hence never received the cashback, emailed and explained also attached the receipt again and got the cashback pretty soon after.

      • Looks like for random people it does work. Partner submitted claim with a "duplicate" receipt and it was rejected.
        Shared original receipt, rejected again.
        Contacted Moccona >10days later, radio silence..

      the promoter is Jacobs Douwe Egberts Professional. you can try your luck contact them, but the customer service refers me to contact them on the promote site.

      however, one claim takes almost a month from day of submit to finally got validated for the claim. after more than 10 days ask for resubmit which is already stupid for a perfect receipt, then wait another at least two weeks to get approve finally yesterday. no respond no explains in the process

      these guys are really awful pathetic. they rather let you suffer than make attempt to respond to you why took so long.

  • f**k! i bought a bag this morning and forgot to claim, remembered at 11:58 that I didn't claim and site deactivated while i was uploading proof of purchase

    • I'm in the same boat, and only have ourselves to blame for leaving it so late. Woolworths do accept returns/ exchange which is of some consolation.

      • was expecting them to keep the claims page open for a few days for people to claim but guess it's back to Coles it goes, luckily didn't open it

        Sent them an email to try out my luck and will see how it goes

          Agree, would have been nice to allow a few days to submit forms for purchases made on the last day. Would be keen to hear what they say!

              "Entries were received up until 11:59pm AEDST 15/11/22, there wasn’t an issue with the entry platform. If you live in a state that is not on AEDST then you did need to adjust the closing time for your state, e.g. if you live in WA then the closing time would have been 8:59pm 15/11/22.

              Once the promotion closes off as per the time in the Terms & Conditions, further entries cannot be accepted."

  • What a debacle. My initial receipt submission got rejected first time too after about 20 days, then after resubmitting the receipt picture it was approved second time around. But then the process to get TCN app installed on my phone, plus then the process to get it into the Google Pay app - was absolutely not worth it. About a solid 30-45 mins worth of effort I reckon.

    Just a reminder for anyone who claimed one of these, the card must be activated within 30 days! And after that, the card only has a short expiry. Its use it quick or lose it quick
